| Refunds will be given up to ten days after purchase. |
| You may exchange items for the same or greater value. This
can only be done up to 10 days after the ship date. |

jewelry will be shipped using the U.S. postal service in the United State and will be insured for the full amount |
| For international
clients, we will ship via UPS or FedEx, and the jewelry will be
tracked and insured. |
| Please allow 2-3 weeks to recieve your
order . We may need more time if you are requesting
a rare color or a custom design. |
| All of the rings are sized at a size 6. If you would like
to request a different size, please do so when ordering. We
will charge $25.00 dollars for sizes over 7. |
| We do create custom jewelry. If you see a setting
you like and would like a different pearl placed with it,
just call us (808) 826-7057 and we will do whatever we can to please
you. We will require is a 50% deposit based on the total value.
We will e-mail a photo of your creation to you before shipping
it to you. |

This website was initially created for our existing clients. Our clients know and trust us to provide them with the best quality jewelry for the best possible price.
With the understanding that Tahitian and Indonesian pearls
are an organic gem and each pearl is different. We will use our fifteen years of exeperience to match the written description of each piece, with
consideration of size, shape, and surface quality.

Van Balen Fine Jewelry stands behind our workmanship. In the rare occassion a pearl comes loose of a setting, please send back the
piece with the pearl. We will repair it and ship it back
to you at our expense. We want you to wear and enjoy your
pearls everyday!
